📋 Description

• Act as the technical owner and primary point of contact for key customers’ Atlassian environments • Take responsibility for the overall Atlassian landscape of assigned accounts • Lead project deliveries and continuously develop the Atlassian platform • Drive development initiatives with customer stakeholders • Identify improvement opportunities and support efficient, consistent ways of working • Plan and lead Jira, Jira Service Management, Assets, and migration projects • Serve as a role model and trusted advisor for the consulting team • Mentor junior consultants • Develop Atlassian-related competencies across the organization • Establish and promote best practices within the Atlassian community

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience working with Atlassian solutions, particularly Jira and Jira Service Management • Strong ability to combine technical expertise with business and process understanding • Experience leading projects and working closely with customers and stakeholders • Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust and share knowledge • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
