📋 Description

• Manage strategic customer relationships and serve as the main point of contact • Align customer goals with Commvault cyber resiliency solutions • Communicate and meet regularly with customers to review progress, assess needs, and provide tailored guidance • Travel to and attend on-site customer meetings • Advise customers on cyber resiliency strategy, technical solutions, industry trends, cyber risks, and emerging technologies • Lead technical discussions to support solution integration and adoption • Provide proactive, personalized customer support and foster trust and loyalty • Advocate for customer feedback in product development and service improvements • Develop customer advocacy through case studies, references, and solution champions • Liaise between customers and Customer Support, Product Management, Development, Marketing, and Leadership • Build relationships with partners and vendors in the customer ecosystem • Improve Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through customer expansion • Use data, metrics, and success plans to monitor outcomes and adjust strategies to meet retention and growth targets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years advanced / architect level experience in Commvault, designing, implementing, and managing complex Commvault estates • Expertise in Cyber Resiliency, Data Management, and Security solutions and principles • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred • Experience with data center technologies including storage, networking, virtualization, operating systems, and enterprise data systems • Successful project management skills • Strong theoretical knowledge of hardware platforms, WAN technologies and TCP/IP networking, Windows/Unix/Netware/Linux OS platforms, Fiber-Channel (SAN) design methodology, business continuity, disaster recovery, backup and storage management products, tape libraries and VTL, enterprise applications, virtualization, and clustering • UNIX and scripting platform knowledge would be a plus • Ability to travel within the designated region and attend on-site customer meetings • Excellent Spanish/English communication skills, verbal and written, at a professional level • Preferred certifications: Azure AZ900, AWS, GCP, relevant cloud vendor certification, virtualization certification, security certification, and Commvault certifications • Must live and work in Spain • Application must be submitted in English
