📋 Description

• Provide functional and technical support for Compassion International’s Workday HCM platform • Deliver support including user administration, application support, reporting, release management, and user training • Establish, maintain, and follow best practices and procedures to improve data accuracy, process effectiveness, and operational efficiency across People & Culture systems and workflows • Independently manage projects and tasks and collaborate on complex or international initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant HR Systems work experience • Significant and well-rounded Workday HCM configuration and administration experience • Agile methodology experience a plus • Fluent (oral and written) English • Ability to work remotely.
