📋 Description

• Act as the interface between Customer Success Management and Technology • Communicate with customers regarding product enhancement requests and ideas • Translate ideas into creative, actionable software concepts (UI mockups, user story mapping, process modeling, …) • Create UI mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma • Maintain and organize project documentation and the product roadmap in Notion • Prepare concepts for developers and prioritize tasks • Facilitate meetings and document decisions • Conduct quality checks and align outcomes with the intended concepts • Ensure compliance with project goals, including requirements, schedules, and budgets • Proactively gather user feedback

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in (business) computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field • At least 3 years of professional experience as a project manager for software projects/products • Affinity for innovative software solutions, curiosity, and a willingness to grow through constructive feedback • Excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English • Enjoy working in an international and multicultural team • Team player with a structured working style, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
