📋 Description
• Partner with Product Managers and the Machine Learning team to define engineering vision and roadmap • Mentor and coach a team of talented engineers fostering a culture of openness, collaboration and personal growth • Own the engineering architecture of the product, providing technical leadership to the team • Execute on the proposed timeline with speed, delivering high-quality product and communicating milestones
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience • 3+ years in an engineering management or technical leadership role • 4+ years experience building well-designed software with Python • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent • excellent project management and communication skills • empathetic, self-aware leader invested in team growth
