📋 Description
• Lead and deliver complex software projects for financial technology products and services • Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle for fintech applications, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and compliance specialists • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations • Manage stakeholder expectations • Ensure adherence to financial regulations including PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, GDPR, and KYC/AML, as well as security standards • Facilitate agile ceremonies • Maintain project documentation, risk registers, and status reports • Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, including executives, product owners, and external partners
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of project management experience in software product development • Extensive experience working in software product-based companies • Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Experience with project management tools including JIRA and Confluence • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field • Data security and privacy awareness • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and regulatory constraints • Candidates should be located in one of the European or Indian time zones
