• Lead complex projects • Develop growth plans • Provide strategic insights for sustainable company growth • Prospect new business opportunities • Plan and prepare commercial proposals • Conduct strategic market analyses to guide growth decisions • Develop commercial and marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives • Prepare commercial proposals and complex contracts independently, applying technical and critical analysis • Identify and develop new markets and strategic partnerships • Create sales pitches to capture new business opportunities • Optimize sales performance and achieve sustainable results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Energy Engineering or related fields • Advanced knowledge of sales techniques, budgeting, communication and public speaking, negotiation, marketing, data analysis, and development of business cases and business plans • Advanced computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM • Strong aptitude for data analysis • Experience with consultative selling and B2B sales • Fluent English • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field required • Spanish is a plus
