📋 Description

• Lead growth initiatives for Managed Review Services across the U.S. and UK markets • Partner with Sales, Client Partners, Solutions, Marketing, and Delivery teams to identify and win new business • Drive revenue growth, account expansion, and senior-level client relationships • Lead or support client presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing, and contract negotiations • Represent LCA in country leadership, business reviews, planning forums, and cross-functional governance sessions • Lead Managed Review operations, ensuring quality, timely delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency • Manage revenue, margin, utilization, budgets, forecasts, and profitability • Lead and develop Managed Review teams while driving scalable processes, automation, analytics, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Advanced degree or JD preferred • 10+ years of experience in Managed Review, eDiscovery, legal operations, or related services • Proven experience in revenue growth, client management, and operational leadership • Strong knowledge of Managed Review, eDiscovery, compliance, and P&L management • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
