📋 Description

• Build, develop, and retain best-in-class sales talent exceeding performance goals • Translate growth objectives into operating plans, priorities, and execution rhythms • Coach and develop the team while setting high standards for growth and accountability • Develop product knowledge and industry expertise within the team • Maintain rigorous standards for forecast accuracy, deal quality, inspection, and execution • Support clients and sales teams throughout prospecting, negotiation, and closing, including complex multi-stakeholder deals • Lead cross-functionally to align, motivate, and engage the extended team • Champion a customer-first mindset and improve the end-to-end customer journey • Build executive relationships with key clients and partners • Drive thought leadership across the region

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience within SaaS selling to Enterprise customers • At least 5 years of experience in MarTech selling to similar ICPs • 3+ years of experience leading and developing a team of Account Executives • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets • Strong coaching philosophy grounded in growth, accountability, and development • Strategic thinking and ability to define direction and drive execution • High technical acumen and awareness of AI and digital innovation trends • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth, evolving environments • Clear, confident communication and strong executive presence • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar enterprise sales methodologies • Experience selling to DTC companies highly preferred • Strong network across E-commerce, Retail, Internet companies, and BFSI
