📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to align with Gururo’s mission and vision • Oversee operational excellence and ensure successful execution of company initiatives • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve organizational objectives • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks • Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial accountability • Collaborate with senior leadership to set priorities and drive company-wide initiatives • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners • Represent Gururo in key meetings, conferences, and public engagements • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion • Drive sustainable growth through innovative thinking and effective resource management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Director or equivalent • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Demonstrated success in managing teams and driving organizational change • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and market trends is a plus
