📋 Description
• Monitor account reconciliation and MJE • Monitor finished goods stock accounting • Monitor accrual AP&AR/R&D, including transfers from plant • Post and monitor provisions and incentives • Monitor GL bank payment flow through ICM from central finance • Prepare forecast reporting and manage BW-BPS • Control intercompany documentation • Allocate regional depreciation and costs to P/L • Control the chart of accounts • Manage master data • Assure SLA compliance • Handle operational escalations received through team leader or supervisor changes • Troubleshoot quality issues • Provide team members with advice and operational support • Prepare operational reviews and provide feedback • Support Conduent's mission-critical services and solutions delivered on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and governments
🎯 Requirements
• Professional level of German and English; at least B2 • At least 1–2 years’ experience in accounting, preferably R2R, GL and/or Tax • Good knowledge of SAP • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint • Experience in a similar position is an asset
