📋 Description

• Manage complex projects and/or programs aligned with client expectations and business needs • Manage projects involving multiple disciplines and significant business process re-engineering • Manage people for programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams • Plan and direct project schedules and budgets • Organize interdepartmental meetings and communication • Ensure program/project completion on schedule and within budget constraints • Direct project support staff, project managers, and subcontractors • Allocate and maintain appropriate resources for successful project completion • Assign and monitor subject matter expert work and provide support and interpretation • Coordinate priorities between projects or within programs requiring critical thinking and complex problem solving • Communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project teams • Establish stakeholder expectations and requirements • Develop and maintain reporting procedures • Monitor project and program control activities • Develop and distribute reports related to project activities, project management, and financial issues • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Formal education and relevant expertise in a professional, sales, or technical area • College or university degree required • Knowledge and experience in the field • Conceptual expertise of theories, practices, and procedures • Knowledge of best practices and ability to effectively integrate teams • Awareness of competition and differentiators • Ability to work self-guided with minimal guidance • Ability to solve complex problems and use deductive reasoning • Ability to articulate difficult or sensitive information • Ability to build consensus within a team
