📋 Description

• Assist in preparing workpapers and supporting documentation for quarterly and annual income tax provision requirements • Support SOX 404 compliance activities and internal control requirements related to quarterly and annual tax provision processes • Assist with responding to external auditor inquiries and requests during quarterly and annual audits • Prepare workpapers supporting the consolidated federal income tax return, estimated tax payments, and other federal tax filings • Assist with reviewing deliverables prepared by co-sourcing partners • Research, analyze, interpret, and apply federal, state, and international tax laws to support tax filing positions • Prepare and maintain GILTI and Subpart F calculations and related supporting documentation for U.S. international tax reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or an equivalent educational background • Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate taxation, tax accounting, or public accounting • Experience supporting income tax provision processes, tax compliance, and tax reporting activities • Experience working with multinational organizations and U.S. tax regulations preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar financial systems • Experience working with tax compliance, tax provision, and reporting software • Ability to analyze large data sets and perform reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
