📋 Description

• Facilitate scheduling processes, ensuring efficiency and maintaining high standards of service delivery • Create and maintain schedules according to client requirements • Use Microsoft TEAMS, Office, and Excel in scheduling processes • Collaborate with clients and vendors to fulfill scheduling requests promptly and efficiently • Handle client scheduling requests responsively to ensure customer satisfaction • Solve scheduling challenges and think innovatively • Uphold quality assurance standards for schedule accuracy and reliability • Identify and escalate scheduling issues to the Delivery Services Manager • Manage multiple scheduling tasks in a fast-paced environment • Collaborate with team members and clients through effective interpersonal and communication skills • Address client inquiries and provide excellent customer service • Work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with team members

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older • Preferably a high school diploma and above • Must be able to submit a background check and drug test • Must be able to work 8 hours night shift and Public Holidays from 8PM to 8AM, Mon to Fri • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a track record of delivering exceptional service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing versatility and adaptability • Good English communication • Good work ethic • Good organizational skills • Multitasking • Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate Microsoft TEAMS, Office, and Excel
