📋 Description

• Facilitate scheduling processes and maintain high standards of service delivery • Create and maintain schedules according to client requirements • Collaborate with clients and vendors to fulfill scheduling requests • Handle client scheduling requests promptly and responsively • Resolve scheduling challenges and issues • Uphold quality assurance standards for schedule accuracy and reliability • Identify and escalate scheduling issues to the Delivery Services Manager • Manage multiple scheduling tasks in a fast-paced environment • Address client inquiries and provide a positive, professional experience • Work independently while collaborating with team members

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older • Preferably a high school diploma and above • Must be able to submit a background check and drug test • Must be able to work 8 hours night shift and Public Holidays from 8PM to 8AM, Mon to Fri • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good English communication • Good work ethic • Good organizational skills • Multitasking • Technical aptitude and ability to navigate Microsoft TEAMS, Office, and Excel • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong customer service skills
