📋 Description

• Guide developers throughout the entire lifecycle of different projects • Lead interdisciplinary development teams in agile environments • Define technical direction and set quality standards • Decompose complex tasks • Mentor team members and support their professional growth • Identify and resolve technical and organizational blockers • Manage stakeholders and communicate across functions • Work primarily with NestJS on the backend and Next.js on the frontend

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with backend and frontend technologies, preferably NestJS and Next.js • Experience integrating external APIs • Knowledge of creating RESTful APIs with Express and/or Nest • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB databases • Proficiency in TypeScript • Familiarity with Figma • Experience using SonarQube • Knowledge of creating tests with Mocha and/or Jest • Experience leading development teams in agile environments • Ability to define technical direction, set quality standards, and decompose complex tasks • Experience mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth • Ability to identify and resolve technical and organizational blockers • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills • Familiarity with design patterns for web application scalability and maintainability (nice-to-have) • Understanding of server management and AWS or Azure (nice-to-have) • English level B2 (nice-to-have)
