• Manage and perform all facets of audits for existing clients, including resource planning, audit planning, audit execution, audit team management, and deliverables review • Perform extensive Excel analysis for audit execution, client internal initiatives, and other services • Manage audit KPIs, including deadlines and budgets • Interact with cross-functional teams at clients/licensees and manage multiple projects across multiple clients simultaneously • Prepare and review client deliverables, including reports and calculations • Understand client businesses, technologies, and risks; maintain technical and practical knowledge of clients and the industry • Supervise, coach, and mentor staff at all levels, including conducting performance reviews and contributing to feedback and training • Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of professionals • Develop and maintain strategic client and industry relationships to generate revenue and expand offerings • Identify opportunities for new services, methodologies, or work processes • Participate in sales pursuits for royalty and license compliance initiatives • Assist in developing and implementing operational policies supporting internal infrastructure growth • Liaise between clients and their customers/licensees • Advise clients on license compliance initiatives and audit execution • Support global client projects involving audit execution, data analytics, process improvement, and targeting analysis
• BA/BS in Accountancy or related field • MBA, CPA, CA or other relevant certification is a plus but not required • 6+ years in Professional Services • Preferred third party audit experience, including contractual review, and/or contract compliance experience (royalty and licensing auditing) • A member of the Auditing/Advisory team from one of the Big 4 firms preferred but not required • Strong references from existing employer/clients • Understanding of business processes • Strong background in auditing techniques and/or data analysis • Strong written and verbal presentation skills, including translating technical information to technical and non-technical audiences • Proven ability to influence and resolve issues with senior leaders and major customers • Sophisticated negotiation skills is desirable • Ability to motivate and manage engagement teams • Ability to work independently and in team environments • Proven experience building strong relationships and instilling trust with clients and internal teams • Ability to adapt to different licensee conditions and cultural differences while executing audits globally • Strategic decision-making ability • Flexibility to work across multiple engagement teams, clients and licensees across different time zones • English fluency, verbal and written • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills • 50% domestic and international travel required • For China positions: Native speaker and English
