📋 Description

• Central point of contact and advisor for international clients on all payroll matters • Independently prepare monthly payroll and salary statements • Proactively advise international clients on regulations applicable in Germany • Communicate with German authorities • Independently handle payroll-related topics, wage tax and social security matters

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industry or at least 3 years in a tax firm as a payroll accountant or tax clerk • Solid knowledge of the German social security system • Strong willingness to learn and pursue continuous professional development • Excellent teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaborative work • High initiative and reliability • Experience as a payroll specialist and in advising international companies • High self-discipline and ability to work independently from home office • Good English skills (advantageous but not required)
