📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of technical projects across development teams and business functions • Translate ambiguous requirements into executable plans and actively challenge requirements • Structure initiatives into scalable roadmaps, iterations, and implementation phases • Coordinate priorities, dependencies, and delivery sequencing across multiple teams and parallel workstreams • Identify resource bottlenecks and delivery risks early • Ensure transparency through structured reporting, clear governance, and effective escalation management • Work with Jira, Confluence, and comparable project management tools • Continuously develop PMO standards and processes • Support portfolio alignment and prioritisation • Mentor junior project managers • Report directly to the Head of Strategy Execution & ESG • Contribute measurably to execution of Contabo’s strategic roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management within software development or technical delivery organisations • Proven end-to-end delivery ownership of cross-functional initiatives with multiple parallel workstreams • Strong experience in stakeholder and escalation management • High degree of ownership and composure in an environment of shifting priorities and ambiguity • Confident use of common PM tooling such as Jira and Confluence, or comparable solutions • Experience in a cloud, hosting, or IT infrastructure environment, as well as with agile scaling, PMO, or portfolio management (a plus) • A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification • Professional fluency in English • German language skills and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or PSM are a plus
