📋 Description

• Provide business consulting focused on implementing TOTVS Datasul ERP modules. • Assess the client’s business processes, verify their alignment with the product, and recommend process improvements whenever necessary. • Analyze processes and gather requirements to address client needs. • Support the technology team in developing specific and customized products based on client requirements. • Participate in testing, functionality analysis, and the acceptance of standard and customized products. • Train users on ERP functionality to maximize system utilization. • Audit processes and master data. • Update and optimize master data. • Prepare technical documentation, activity reports, and project status reports for management. • Perform other duties related to the position as requested by the supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of TOTVS Datasul ERP, including tax and logistics modules. • Technical knowledge of tax regulations applicable to statutory filings, inbound invoice processing, and billing. • Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of corporate tax departments.
