📋 Description

• Lead regular technical and commercial interactions with key ContiService Network customers • Provide expert consulting insights that drive measurable business growth • Identify critical business needs and design tailored solutions to accelerate partner success and market expansion • Champion the shared digital communications strategy and quality standards • Establish strategic partnerships and act as a trusted business advisor • Drive sales performance through data-driven insights and consultative selling approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical consulting • Proven track record of driving sales growth and establishing strategic partnerships • Strong knowledge of the automotive, tyre, or related industries • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Portuguese • Experience working in a network-based or franchising business model (preferred) • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and solution-based approaches (preferred) • Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives and their commercial impact (preferred)
