📋 Description

• Drive high-impact, strategy-focused projects across the company • Own execution of Chef Marketing initiatives, including measuring impact, tracking performance, calculating chef-driven volume, and determining charges • Participate in brainstorming and developing Chef Marketing tools and programs • Analyze chef performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and increase chef competitiveness • Monitor and support company-level OKRs • Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Product, Brand, and Chef Ops teams • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Chef Marketing initiatives • Assist with research, presentations, and documentation for strategic projects led by BizOps leadership • Serve as an internal consultant helping management set and achieve goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in areas including value proposition, strategy, funding, technology, operations, branding, GTM, or building high-functioning leadership teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to develop creative and efficient solutions • Corporate finance knowledge to create high-level business cases and estimate initiative impact • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work effectively with people at all organizational levels • Advanced level of English • Consulting experience is a plus
