📋 Description

• Define and oversee program governance structures (RACI, steering committees, reporting models, compliance checkpoints) • Drive alignment of multi-project portfolios with business strategy, ensuring measurable value delivery • Develop and manage program strategies, objectives, and roadmaps, including budgets, milestones, and KPIs • Oversee and mentor project managers and cross-functional leads across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance • Establish and enforce best practices and standards in project execution, agile delivery, and stakeholder management • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SAMA) • Monitor risks, dependencies, and inter-project issues, implementing robust mitigation and escalation plans • Lead executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication, ensuring visibility and transparency • Promote a culture of accountability, governance, and performance excellence across teams • Partner with C-level executives to balance innovation, risk, and compliance in all program decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Minimum 10+ years in Project/Program Management, with at least 5 years in banking or Fintech program delivery • Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-project programs with regulatory requirements • Strong knowledge and certification of program governance frameworks (PMO models, PRINCE2, PMI PgMP, SAFe Portfolio Management) • Deep expertise in Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile Delivery) and hybrid delivery models • Familiarity with cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, API ecosystems, and DevSecOps integration
