📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend systems. • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern automation frameworks. • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure testability and quality throughout the SDLC. • Execute functional, regression, integration, and API testing. • Contribute to building and enhancing automation frameworks under the guidance of the QA Lead. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing. • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring proper prioritization and resolution. • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure quality is embedded early. • Support performance and security testing activities as required. • Analyze test results, provide clear reporting, and highlight risks or quality concerns. • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies. • Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 4–7 years of experience in software testing with strong exposure to both manual and automation testing. • Backbase certification is a MUST. • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript). • Solid experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar. • Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
