📋 Description

• Execute new product qualification and application development plans • Track and handle customer line and field issues • Coordinate with plant, engineering, sales, and customers to resolve issues • Provide product application training to customers • Support heat load calculations • Qualify new products for OEM/SSI OEM customers in North and East India • Share customer-required technical documentation • Discuss test plans and samples and coordinate sample delivery and evaluation • Address pilot production and post-field-testing issues • Calculate heat loads and prepare reports • Select system components including condensing units and expansion valves • Support sales with optimum offers and enquiry conversion • Provide post-sales installation and commissioning support • Study cold chain market and product development trends and prepare monthly reports • Identify new product development needs and opportunities for promoting new technologies • Prepare annual plans with sales, marketing, and prospective customers • Execute plans, build value stories, and convert opportunities to business • Update customer issues in the Oracle service portal • Visit customers to understand issues and coordinate corrective actions • Arrange compressor tear-downs and share findings when needed • Coordinate manufacturing-related issues and CAPA with the plant • Support marketing and sales collateral preparation • Support channel partners with training, seminars, and product promotion • Participate in ISHRAE, cold chain, and other industry forums

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years or more of experience • Experience with new product qualification and application development plans • Experience handling customer line and field issues • Experience coordinating with plant, engineering, sales, marketing, and customers • Experience supporting heat load calculations • Knowledge of cold chain and flow applications • Ability to select system components such as condensing units and expansion valves • Ability to prepare technical documentation and test plans • Ability to use the Oracle service portal • Willingness/ability to visit customers and participate in industry forums • Ability to support product training, seminars, and product promotion activities
