📋 Description

• Support implementation of the International Professional Education strategy and annual education plan • Develop, coordinate and execute Professional Education programs across assigned countries and regions • Manage international on-site events, including workshops, proctorships, roundtables and HCP training activities • Own assigned programs from initial concept and planning through execution, follow-up and evaluation • Develop project plans, timelines and milestones • Coordinate Faculty engagement, briefing, contracting and compensation processes • Partner with Professional Education, Legal and Compliance, country organizations, Marketing, Medical Affairs and other functions • Ensure activities comply with company policies, applicable laws, industry codes and local regulations • Evaluate program effectiveness using participant feedback and outcomes • Manage assigned Professional Education budgets • Coordinate Educational Grant requests across assigned countries and regions • Support planning, coordination and delivery of APAC internal training activities, including New Hire Training • Facilitate internal product and clinical training, product demonstrations, hands-on activities and breakout sessions • Support administration, coordination and logistics for APAC internal training activities

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in healthcare, education or a related field • Relevant experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical education industry, preferably in Professional Education, clinical training or another HCP-facing role • Proven experience managing educational programs and complex cross-functional projects from planning through execution and evaluation • Ability to build credible and professional relationships with HCPs and Faculty, including senior healthcare professionals • Strong project management, organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously • Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural and cross-functional environment • Good understanding of healthcare compliance and HCP engagement principles • Experience with social media and digital communication is a strong plus • Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills • Good financial awareness and ability to manage budgets and resources responsibly • Fluent written and spoken English • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 60% of the time • Experience in training delivery or facilitation would be an advantage
