📋 Description

• Provide virtual clinical support while training and mentoring remote healthcare teams • Conduct patient assessments • Coordinate care • Oversee clinical documentation • Support compliance • Help ensure staff are confident, competent, and equipped to deliver high-quality care • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans • Review medications, reconcile medication lists, and support medication management • Provide virtual patient assessments and telehealth follow-ups • Ensure accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance • Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives • Train, coach, and mentor clinical staff on documentation, workflows, and best practices • Assess staff competency and provide ongoing clinical guidance • Assist with delegation oversight and clinical process improvement • Support healthcare operations through remote clinical coordination and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Active U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) License - Texas License preferred • Previous experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers • Strong knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation • Experience using EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar) • Solid understanding of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and nursing standards • Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours • Nice To Have • Remote nursing or virtual clinical support experience • Training, coaching, mentoring, or clinical education experience • BPO or Clinical Process Outsourcing (CPO) experience • Experience with telehealth platforms • Familiarity with prior authorization, managed care, or care coordination
