📋 Description

• Provide world-class support via email, chat, and phone • Educate customers about products and services and resolve issues proactively • Investigate and resolve complex queries with a detail-oriented mindset • Document customer interactions and feedback • Share insights to improve products and service experience • Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (C1) and proficient in English (B2 or higher)—both written and spoken • Minimum 1 year in customer support in a multichannel environment • Compassionate and great communicator • Curious, analytical problem-solving mindset • Comfortable using multiple software tools simultaneously, including different CRMs and ticketing systems • Willingness to keep up with learning and advance in your role every day • Interest in sustainability and tech
