📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring an excellent client experience • Coordinate medical treatment, request medical records, and manage billing documentation • Work closely with attorneys to keep cases moving efficiently and support overall case strategy • Draft correspondence, case summaries, and other legal documents • Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and important case milestones • Maintain accurate and organized case files within the firm's case management system • Assist with settlement preparation, including collecting supporting documentation and resolving outstanding balances • Provide additional administrative and case management support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located outside of the United States (international applicants only) • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) required • Personal injury law firm experience is strongly preferred • Previous experience as a Case Manager or in a similar legal support role is preferred • Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows, medical treatment coordination, and settlement processes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
