• Provide close support to the founders and the leadership team in identifying and implementing commercial initiatives that significantly drive company growth. • Independently manage and oversee strategically relevant projects with a focus on Business Development, Sales Enablement, and process optimization. • Act as a central interface between teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Success) and ensure aligned, goal-oriented coordination of activities. • Monitor and analyze relevant market trends and customer requirements to support data-driven decision-making. • Assist in developing and optimizing go-to-market strategies and contribute to expansion into new markets. • Prepare impactful analyses, decision papers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably at a fast-growing SaaS company or in management consulting — a plus if your responsibilities there were commercially focused. • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to drive projects from conception through to implementation. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams. • Ambitious to grow within a dynamic, fast-scaling organization and willing to take on long-term responsibility. • Business-fluent English is required. • Native-level German.
