📋 Description

• Drive commercial performance across sales and brand businesses in multiple countries • Collaborate with local leaders and Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Shared Services teams • Identify growth opportunities and support performance improvement, margin enhancement, and customer retention • Assess and benchmark commercial performance, identifying gaps and opportunities • Develop and implement initiatives for revenue growth, margin expansion, and customer retention • Contribute to frameworks, tools, and best practices for Commercial Excellence • Support sales methodology, pipeline management, account planning, customer segmentation, CRM optimization, and Commercial Analytics • Coach local sales teams and leaders • Develop training materials and playbooks • Facilitate workshops and performance reviews • Promote continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Business Transformation, or a comparable commercial function • Strong experience analyzing sales, category, portfolio, or market data and translating insights into sales strategies • Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and commercial performance measurement tools • Proven ability to drive performance improvement and change management initiatives • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to collaborate in cross-cultural teams and matrix organizations • Excellent written and spoken English; an additional language is an advantage • Strong Microsoft Office skills and an aptitude for working with AI tools • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30–40%
