📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Cloudability implementation, optimization, and FinOps consulting engagements • Conduct discovery workshops assessing cloud environments, business requirements, and FinOps maturity • Design and implement billing integrations, business mappings, tagging, cost allocations, and reporting • Develop cloud cost models, dashboards, executive reports, and actionable stakeholder insights • Advise customers on governance, budgeting, forecasting, chargeback/showback, and FinOps operating models • Drive cost optimization through rightsizing, reservations, savings plans, commitment management, and waste reduction • Lead solution architecture, implementation, troubleshooting, and integrations with CMDB, ERP, ITSM, and BI platforms • Provide technical leadership and mentor consultants on Cloudability configurations and best practices • Serve as a trusted customer advisor alongside engineering, finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders • Present project status, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations to business and technology leadership • Support pre-sales through demonstrations, RFP responses, solution design, and effort estimation • Improve FinOps consulting methodologies, delivery accelerators, and practice assets • Stay current with FinOps Foundation standards, cloud pricing models, and Cloudability capabilities • Lead or support IBM ApptioOne implementations covering Cost Transparency, budgeting, planning, service costing, and Cloudability integration • Design integrated FinOps/TBM solutions connecting Cloudability and ApptioOne • Configure and maintain Cloudability–ApptioOne data integrations for accurate financial data flow and reporting consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field • 6–10+ years of IT consulting, cloud, or technology financial management experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and administering Cloudability • Working knowledge of Technology Business Management (TBM) principles and integration with FinOps practices • Strong understanding of FinOps principles and Cloud Financial Management • Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud billing and cost management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills • Experience leading customer workshops and implementation projects • IBM ApptioOne implementation or administration experience highly preferred • Preferred technical skills include IBM Apptio Cloudability, IBM Apptio One, TBM Taxonomy and Cost Model design, Cloudability–ApptioOne Integration, AWS CUR and/or Azure Cost Management, cloud budgeting and forecasting, SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI or Tableau, REST APIs, and cloud billing data analysis • Preferred certifications include FinOps Certified Practitioner or Professional, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner/Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals/Azure Administrator, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, IBM Apptio Cloudability certifications, and IBM Apptio One Certification
