📋 Description

• Oversee the game development cycle from start to finish • Lead code elements and product design • Work with team members to refine complex features • Deliver large components according to timelines • Suggest improvements and maintain code quality • Collaborate and coordinate with Design and Production teams • Conduct code reviews • Ensure schedules and meet deadlines • Mentor and lead team members toward a common vision • Help manage work pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Senior Unity Developer • Expert in Unity3D • Experience in mobile 3D game development • Experience in the full mobile game development and release cycle • Experience developing in a live service environment • Experience with SCM tools (Git / Jira) • Solid problem-solving skills • Experience in debugging, performance profiling, and code analysis • Experience working in Agile or similar project management methodologies • Experience in Unity GUI / NGUI frameworks • Europe Timezone working hours
