📋 Description

• Further develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and related policies, processes, and controls • Prepare, support, and follow up on internal and external audits, especially ISO/IEC 27001:2022 audits • Assess information security risks • Conduct supplier security and third-party security assessments • Advise business departments, IT, DevSecOps, and management in an understandable and solution-oriented manner • Support security incidents, vulnerabilities, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities • Strengthen security awareness • Prepare reports, KPIs, and decision-making materials • Support the CISO in developing the Information Security Management System

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in information security management, ideally in a regulated or customer-regulated environment • Completed degree or vocational training in information security, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification • Practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, information security risk management, and control assessment • Basic knowledge of or practical experience with relevant regulatory and legal requirements, such as DORA and NIS2 • Experience with supplier security, security awareness, and business continuity • Cloud security or DevSecOps experience is desirable • Structured, independent, and pragmatic working style • Strong communication and consulting skills • Very good German language skills at C1 level • Good English language skills • Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC are advantageous
