📋 Description

• Support customers in ongoing SAP operations as well as transformation and innovation projects, with a focus on SAP authorizations and security • Ensure the stable and secure operation of SAP system landscapes as part of managed services • Support and administer SAP systems, including ABAP, Java, and cloud-related components • Analyze and process incidents and service requests in the SAP Basis and authorizations environment • Create, adapt, and optimize roles, profiles, and authorization concepts • Perform troubleshooting and provide support on performance, security, and compliance topics • Support system copies, client copies, release upgrades, upgrades, and technical migrations • Advise business departments and key users on authorization-related issues • Further develop and automate operational processes • Create and further develop modern role and authorization concepts for SAP S/4HANA landscapes • Support SAP S/4HANA transformation projects from conception through go-live • Analyze existing authorization concepts and develop future-proof target architectures • Implement security and authorization requirements in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud projects • Advise on SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Joule, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, and SAP Identity Services • Conduct compliance, audit, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) analyses • Collaborate with architecture, development, and business teams when introducing new SAP solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field from a university, university of applied sciences, or cooperative education institution, or equivalent professional experience or vocational training • Several years of experience in SAP Basis and SAP operations • Experience managing customer transitions and SAP system administration • SAP-certified technology consultant • Very good knowledge of at least two of the following platforms: Windows, i5/OS (IBM i, AS/400), AIX, and Linux • In-depth database knowledge of HANA and at least one other database, such as DB2, Oracle, ASE, or MaxDB • Fluent German and good written and spoken English • Independent, team-oriented, meticulous, and structured working style • Ability to quickly become familiar with new technologies and processes • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with colleagues, employees, and customers
