📋 Description

• Further develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including the associated policies, processes, and controls • Prepare, support, and follow up on internal and external audits, particularly those conducted in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 • Assess information security risks • Conduct supplier and third-party security assessments • Advise business units, IT, DevSecOps, and management • Support security incidents, vulnerabilities, and business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives • Strengthen security awareness • Prepare reports, KPIs, and decision-making materials • Work with the CISO to further develop the ISMS

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience in information security management • Completed degree or vocational training in information security, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification; relevant professional experience may substitute for formal qualifications • Strong practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 • Knowledge of information security risk management and control assessment • Experience supporting internal and external audits • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, such as DORA and NIS2 • Experience with customers' contractual security requirements • Experience in supplier security, security awareness, and business continuity • Cloud security or DevSecOps experience is desirable • Structured, independent, and pragmatic approach to work • Excellent communication and consulting skills • Very good German skills at C1 level • Good English skills • Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC are an advantage
