📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes alongside the system architect and development team • Build, test, and debug high-quality back-end and front-end code • Address customer cases and ensure system reliability • Monitor and optimize development processes to improve team productivity and quality • Drive adoption of innovative tools, standards, and software development best practices • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and leadership to align technical vision with business goals • Conduct technical interviews • Mentor developers and facilitate onboarding and professional growth • Develop the Creatio Agentic Marketing Platform, an enterprise-level AI-native marketing automation product

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of overall programming experience, strongly focusing on .NET • At least 3+ years in a technical lead or team lead role, guiding teams successfully • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, KISS, SOLID, and DRY principles • Confident knowledge of C# and the modern .NET platform (.NET 6+) • Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and containerized services • Experience with source control systems such as Git and SVN, including branching, merging, and rebasing • Experience with unit testing, mocking, NUnit, Mock, and Postman • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, spoken and business writing • Experience with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle is a plus • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, DOM, and CSS/SASS is nice to have • Ability to style a page or component according to a given UI prototype
