📋 Description

• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level implementation projects (client and internal) • Ensure alignment across projects in terms of scope, timelines, delivery standards, and business objectives • Maintain visibility over portfolio health, including progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes • Oversee execution of long-term CRM and enterprise platform implementation projects • Ensure projects follow structured delivery approaches and established methodologies • Validate planning, resource allocation, and execution consistency across projects • Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders in enterprise environments • Manage expectations, communication, and alignment across clients, partners, and internal teams • Identify risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies early across the portfolio • Drive mitigation actions and ensure timely resolution • Ensure consistency with delivery standards, governance practices, and implementation frameworks • Collaborate with Delivery Assurance and architecture teams to validate delivery approaches • Drive improvements in delivery practices based on portfolio insights • Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of project execution approaches

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management within enterprise environments • Proven experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent enterprise projects • Proven experience managing multiple long-term implementation projects simultaneously • Strong background in CRM, SaaS, ERP, or similar enterprise platforms • Experience working with enterprise clients (large-scale organizations) • Hands-on experience managing full project lifecycle in enterprise implementation projects • Proven experience delivering enterprise-level projects in Europe or MEA regions is a must • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones • Experience working with external partners and hybrid delivery models • Experience working with complex enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional environments
