📋 Description

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns across various objectives including awareness, traffic, conversion, and lead generation. • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant demographics effectively. • Develop compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with content and design teams. • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs; analyze data to optimize campaigns for better results. • Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize cost-efficiency and ad performance. • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, formats, and audiences to identify the most effective strategies. • Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads platform updates, policies, and industry trends. • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and insights for stakeholders. • Collaborate with marketing team to integrate Facebook ads with overall marketing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with a strong track record of successful results. • Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and related tools. • Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation techniques. • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly. • Ability to create engaging ad copy and collaborate with design teams. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook advertising policies and best practices. • Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies. • Ability to manage budgets and meet campaign objectives efficiently. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
