📋 Description

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with company goals and monitoring variances. • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide strategic insights to senior management. • Manage financial risks by ensuring compliance with legal requirements and implementing internal controls. • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and strategic initiatives. • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and facilitate reporting processes. • Identify and implement financial processes and systems improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a Master's degree or CPA is preferred. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards. • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP). • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including executives and external partners.
