• Lead end-to-end demand forecasting processes across multiple product categories and SKUs • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve statistical and judgment-based forecasting models • Drive S&OP / IBP cycles by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams • Translate demand plans into actionable inventory and replenishment strategies • Monitor and improve forecast accuracy (MAPE, Bias) and inventory KPIs (DOH, Fill Rate, Service Level) • Manage safety stock levels to balance service levels and working capital • Analyze demand drivers including promotions, seasonality, new product launches, and market trends • Lead scenario planning and risk mitigation for demand volatility and supply constraints • Mentor and manage demand planning / inventory planning team members • Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth execution • Prepare executive-level reports and insights for senior leadership decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) • 8–10+ years of experience in Demand Forecasting, Inventory Planning, or Supply Planning • Mandatory experience in CPG / FMCG industry with high SKU complexity • Strong hands-on experience with S&OP / IBP processes • Proficiency in forecasting and planning tools (SAP APO / IBP, Oracle, Anaplan, Kinaxis, or similar) • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI / Tableau is a plus • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
