âą Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms âą Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms for services we offer âą Create and manage ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign structure to maximize lead generation âą Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to improve ROI âą Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to optimize conversion rates and reduce cost-per-click (CPC) âą Manage bid strategies and budgets to ensure campaigns remain within target KPIs âą Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in PPC and SEM âą Collaborate with the content, design and development teams to align ad strategies with overall business goals âą Provide insights and recommendations on new platforms or strategies to expand reach âą Regularly communicate with stakeholders regarding campaign performance and improvement plans
âą Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / SEM campaign management, with a strong focus on B2B services âą Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in marketing Accounting or Bookkeeping services to the US market will be a plus âą Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant PPC tools âą Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics âą Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and report to senior management âą Contract: Available for a contractual role, working 4 hours per day remotely âą Certifications: Google Ads certification and other relevant SEM certifications are a must
