📋 Description

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms • Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications • Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies • Monitor and evaluate AI model performance and make adjustments as necessary • Provide technical support to other teams using AI solutions • Document development processes, model designs, and results to ensure reproducibility and efficiency • Participate in code reviews and share best practices • Contribute to the company's AI initiatives strategy and direction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field • 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development • Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch • Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying AI solutions • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Passion for technology and drive to stay current with industry trends and advancements
