• Lead client engagements end-to-end: You are the face of the engagement. You sit across from the client’s COO or CEO in week one, not week six. You own the weekly update, the monthly business review, and the strategic direction of the work. • Map the business: In the first 30 days of any engagement, you learn how work flows through the client’s organization. You produce an opportunity map that identifies the 5-10 workflows where AI can materially change the economics of the business. • Design the future state: For the 2-3 workflows selected for transformation, you design the rewired version. What humans do. What agents do. Where the handoffs live. What the evals look like. How success is measured. • Ship the implementation: You scope the work, direct the Associate Orchestrators on the engagement, review their output, and ship the first automation to production within 60 days of engagement start. • Grow the engagement: You identify when a client needs a Build pod, a Rescue, or ongoing Support, and pull the right Creative Chaos resource in. Transformation is the front door. You open the rest of the house. • Own the outcome: You report on measurable client impact: hours saved, error rates reduced, throughput gained. Numbers, not narratives.
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst, solutions engineer, or technical consultant in software delivery, product, or enterprise SaaS. You have sat between business stakeholders and technical teams. You have interviewed users, mapped workflows, written specs, and owned the result. You are on an individual contributor track and not looking to manage people. • Deeply AI-native: Not “uses ChatGPT daily.” You have built and deployed real agents. You use Claude Code as a daily tool, not a curiosity. You have opinions about Cursor vs. Windsurf, LangChain vs. LlamaIndex, and which MCP to use when, because you have actually tried all of them. You can name the right tool for the right job and defend the choice. • Portfolio over resume: You can show us a GitHub, side projects, deployed agents, and public writing on what you have built. We do not hire anyone who cannot show us what they have built with their own hands. A resume is not enough. A repo is. • Business-native English and executive poise: You have worked with or inside US or Western companies. You can run a stakeholder workshop with twelve people in the room without losing control of it. When you walk into a US CEO’s office, you command the meeting from minute one. • Curious and hungry: You learn a new tool every week on your own time. When you are given a well-understood problem, you dig into something adjacent that nobody asked you to look at. You built something last weekend because you wanted to see if you could.
