📋 Description

• Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply chain goals and organizational objectives. • Manage end-to-end inventory control, including tracking levels, forecasting demand, and implementing stock replenishment strategies. • Utilize advanced analytics to drive decisions regarding inventory levels at various warehouse locations. • Implement best practices for inventory accuracy, ensuring suitable inventory turnover rates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers to secure the best possible outcomes for the company. • Conduct supplier performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. • Work closely with logistics partners to manage transportation and delivery across all channels. • Optimize logistics processes to ensure timely delivery while minimizing costs. • Address supply chain disruptions quickly and effectively to minimize impact on operations. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain metrics. • Lead projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to supply chain and inventory management. • Manage a team of supply chain and inventory professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training. • Promote a collaborative and transparent work environment that encourages team input and engagement. • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance assessments for direct reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred. • 8+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. • Proficient in inventory management systems and related technologies (e.g., ERP systems). • Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and best practices in e-commerce. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration. • Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills. • Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent are a plus.
