📋 Description

• Analyze the needs of various areas of the company in detail, understanding the business context and objectives • Translate the Product Owner’s needs into clear, concise, and well-defined requirements • Create and document technical and functional solutions, including flowcharts, diagrams, specifications, and other artifacts • Align corporate solutions with the systems architecture and company standards • Develop technically viable solutions considering available technologies, constraints, and resources • Assess the technical feasibility of requests, identifying impediments and proposing alternatives • Determine the feasibility of requests within the available scope and resources • Clearly communicate limitations or the need for adjustments • Serve as a bridge between the business area and the technical team • Facilitate communication between departments by translating technical terms into business language and vice versa • Answer the development team’s questions about requirements and proposed solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Experience as a Systems Analyst and with gathering technical requirements • Strong command of SQL • Ability to deliver fast, high-quality solutions • Initiative to propose improvements and exceed expectations • Willingness to create robust, scalable corporate solutions • Focus on reuse and optimization for future projects • Ability to interact and align effectively with Product Owners and other stakeholders • Commitment to solutions that exceed expectations by combining technical expertise with an organizational perspective
