📋 Description

• Process and review financial transactions, invoices, and supporting documentation • Reconcile operational and accounting records and resolve discrepancies • Maintain accurate financial records • Assist with reporting and month-end close • Coordinate with internal teams to verify transaction details and documentation • Manage multiple transactions, accounts, and deadlines accurately

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, billing, bookkeeping, or financial operations • Experience processing, reviewing, and reconciling high-volume financial transactions • Familiarity with accounting software and business management systems; experience with QuickBooks or similar platforms is preferred • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data • High numerical accuracy and attention to detail • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information independently • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps and capable of supporting work during a power outage • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor • Minimum 8 GB RAM • Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions • Functioning webcam • Noise-canceling USB headset • Quiet, dedicated home office space • Smartphone for communication and verification purposes
