📋 Description

• Report to the Director of Finance • Manage weekly and monthly invoicing data uploads • Create, generate, and send accurate invoices to clients • Audit vendor invoices and prepare vendor credit requests • Calculate partner revenue shares and create statements for distribution • Research, troubleshoot, and follow up on clinic billing issues • Provide clear communication and timely resolution of billing inquiries • Perform other duties supporting Revenue Operations and Finance teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in data entry, billing, financial operations, or a highly analytical role (direct accounting experience is not required) • Highly proficient in Google Workspace • Advanced skills in Google Sheets for data manipulation, formulas, and reporting • Strong data analysis skills with rigorous attention to detail and accuracy to prevent billing leakage • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to research and resolve billing issues with clinics and vendors • Maintain regular and punctual attendance and meet strict billing deadlines • Handle sensitive billing and partner data with discretion and integrity • Work effectively as an independent contractor and communicate proactively with the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams
