📋 Description

• The Citrix Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix environments that support the organization's virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery. • This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of Citrix solutions, collaborates with IT teams to optimize user experience, and supports business continuity through robust system management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience in Citrix engineering or administration roles. • Experience with Citrix automation tools, scripting languages, and version control systems • Advanced technical skills in Citrix administration, virtualization, networking, and scripting. • Design, implement, and maintain Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and related infrastructure. • Deploy and configure Citrix servers, applications, and policies to meet performance and security requirements. • Monitor Citrix system performance, capacity, and availability, implementing proactive measures for optimization and high availability. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix environments, user access, and application delivery. • Automate Citrix provisioning and configuration using scripting and management tools. • Implement security controls and compliance measures within Citrix environments. • Conduct regular assessments, vulnerability scans, and remediation of security risks. • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with other infrastructure components. • Optimize resource usage and costs within Citrix and supporting environments. • Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for Citrix management.
