📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer support via phone and email • Assist customers with order management, deliveries, payments, and returns • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions • Support external sellers with inquiries and operational matters • Provide information regarding digital products and services • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (mandatory) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues efficiently • Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms • Good organizational and multitasking skills • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • EU work authorization required • Availability to work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00
